Executive Coaching

Making decisions and being a leader can be a lonely job.

Executive Coaching

Organizations often believe once someone reaches executive levels in an organization they should inherently be able to act under pressure, inspire, implement ideas and keep skills sharp and current. Without support and feedback, without trusted advisors this can be difficult. An experienced coach can facilitate development and exponentially increase the speed at which you develop your leadership skills.

Executive coaching is a way of learning in which we work together, to identify and solve problems, to review results and progress and bring about sustainable change. It integrates change into the organizational setting and provides accountability, which is the key to long term progress and an increase in effectiveness. Intensive interaction with a third party not tied to your organization provides focus that other forms of organizational support cannot.

Dr. Price accepts a few select clients for individual executive coaching who meet the following criteria:

You are a senior executive or CEO.

You are highly educated.

You are self-motivated with a mindset for success

You want to better understand and develop yourself, your team, or your organization.
